You still get the same wood-fired cooking pit at ergonomic working height and the same two 6mm carbon steel plates, but now there's a full-length countertop attached, turning the setup from a barbecue into something people actually gather at rather than wait beside.

That countertop is where the real difference shows - genuine prep and serving space right next to the fire, with an integrated herb and storage tray keeping small essentials tidy instead of scattered across the worktop. Wood storage sits underneath so fuel's never far from the fire, and a removable ash pot means clearing up between cooking sessions is a two-minute job, not a chore. The layout's configurable too, with the countertop sitting to the left or right depending on how it fits your space.

Built from the same corten steel as the rest of the Nestor range, with a 5-year warranty on the steel parts, the Island also connects with the full Dynamic Centre accessory line - pizza oven, sear grate, skewer holder, rotisserie, wok holder, and more.
