Independent controls for the cooking chamber and pizza stone allow you to fine-tune the heat for crisp bases and evenly cooked toppings. An illuminated cooking chamber and ceramic viewing window make it easy to monitor your pizza without opening the removable stainless steel door and losing valuable heat.
