The Firebloom GP01 Gas Pizza Oven delivers authentic stone-baked pizzas with the speed, convenience and flexibility of gas cooking. Reaching temperatures of up to 400°C, it can produce perfectly cooked pizzas in as little as 90–120 seconds, making it ideal for garden gatherings, outdoor kitchens and alfresco dining. Unlike electric models, the GP01 offers greater portability, allowing you to cook anywhere a suitable gas supply is available.

Powered by a high-performance gas burner, the GP01 heats quickly and distributes heat evenly throughout the cooking chamber for consistently excellent results. The integrated thermostat gives you precise control over the cooking temperature, while the 325 x 325mm pizza stone absorbs and radiates heat to create crisp, evenly cooked bases with every pizza. Built from cold-rolled carbon steel with a high-temperature powder-coated finish, alongside a stainless steel interior and burner, the oven is designed for long-lasting durability in demanding outdoor environments.

Practical features make the GP01 just as easy to use as it is to transport. A removable stainless steel door provides convenient access for loading and checking food, while die-cast aluminium legs with locking rubber feet offer a stable cooking platform. When not in use, the retractable legs fold neatly away, reducing the oven to just 163mm deep for compact storage and easy transport.
