A real flame climbs the full 1.5 metres of a borosilicate glass tube in just 15 minutes, heating a 10-15m² area with 360° radiant warmth - powered entirely by sustainable British wood pellets that cost a fraction of gas and produce minimal emissions. It won the GLEE New Product Award in 2023, it's designed and made in the UK, and it's approved for use in smoke-controlled areas. It's simply a better way to heat an outdoor space.

Setup takes minutes and the process is straightforward - add a small amount of white spirit to the pellets to light it initially, and the flame builds to full height within 15 minutes. A full hopper delivers over an hour of heat, and topping up mid-session is simple enough that burn time is effectively unlimited for as long as the evening runs. The ash door at the base keeps maintenance tidy, the compact footprint fits into any garden arrangement without dominating the space, and at 28kg it's substantial enough to feel permanent without being immovable.

Everything needed to get started is included in the box — 5kg of premium British wood pellets, a long-reach cleaning sponge, metal shovel, scraper, poker, fixtures, fittings, and a clear instruction manual. A 12-month warranty is included as standard.
