The Marinara is the big one. An 80x80cm chamber holds five pizzas at a time and keeps up to eight people fed without anyone standing around waiting. This is the oven for hosts who go all in - parties, family feasts, long Sunday afternoons where the fire's still going well after dark. Wood only, wood-fired results, at a scale most home ovens simply can't touch.

The cooking floor is food-certified refractory chamotte, the same material used in professional pizzerias, and it stores heat like a battery, releasing it evenly into every base that touches its surface. Natural rock wool insulation wraps the chamber to keep that energy exactly where it belongs, while the electrogalvanised steel exterior handles whatever the weather throws at it without complaint.

It sits on a full stainless steel trolley with wheels, a lower shelf for wood storage, and a tool hook to keep your paddle and poker within reach. An adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney cap come as standard, along with a fire door, steel flame tamer, and wood-holder.
