The Peanut 5 Tall is the entry point to the Peanut range - a 5kW cast iron stove with the same elevated log store base format as the Peanut 8 Tall and Peanut 10 Tall, sized and specified for average rooms rather than large ones. The integrated log store raises the firebox to a natural viewing height, the large glass window and airwash system keep the flame display clean and unobstructed, and the full cast iron build at 100kg ensures the heat it produces is retained and radiated steadily long after the fire has settled. Everything the larger Peanut models do, calibrated for the space that actually needs 5kW.

At 775mm tall and 391mm wide, it has more visual presence than a standard compact stove without demanding a large hearth or a wide fireplace opening to accommodate it. The proportions work - it reads as a considered, architectural piece in the room rather than an appliance that happens to be there, and the elevated firebox means the flame is at a height that actually gets looked at rather than down at floor level. Logs up to 300mm fit the firebox comfortably, and top or rear flue outlet options cover most installation configurations without adaptation.

5kW at 80% efficiency, DEFRA approved for any UK smoke control area, and SIA EcoDesign 2022 Ready. A 12mm non-combustible hearth is sufficient beneath it, and a 5-year manufacturer's warranty applies on registration.
