The Peanut 8 is the Peanut 10's natural stablemate - same compact cast iron body, same 560mm height, same generous firebox and clear-view window, dialled back to 8kW for rooms where the 10kW output would be more than the space needs. For larger living rooms and open-plan areas that sit in that middle ground between a standard 5kW stove and the full power of the Peanut 10, the Peanut 8 hits the mark without overshooting it.

The cast iron build is the constant across the Peanut range that makes the output figures meaningful. At 90kg, heat absorbed during the burn is released steadily and consistently long after the fire has settled - not the short, sharp heat cycle of a thin-walled stove, but a sustained warmth that holds the room temperature between refuels. The large viewing window frames the fire well, the airwash system keeps it clear throughout, and the firebox takes logs up to 300mm without modification. Top or rear flue outlet options mean it adapts to most chimney configurations without requiring specialist installation work.
