The Peanut 8 Tall shares its footprint and form with the Peanut 10 Tall - same 800mm height, same 110kg cast iron build, same integrated log store base that elevates the firebox to a natural eye-level viewing height. The difference is in the output: 8kW rather than 10kW, which makes it the better match for larger rooms that don't quite need the top-end heat of the Peanut 10 but still demand something well beyond what a 5kW stove can deliver. The right stove for the right space, without paying for output the room doesn't need.

The integrated log store beneath the firebox does two things well - it keeps fuel tidy, dry, and immediately accessible without leaving logs scattered on the hearth, and it raises the firebox to a height that puts the flame display where it belongs: visible from across the room rather than down at floor level. Cast iron at 110kg retains and radiates heat with a consistency that lighter stoves can't match, the large viewing window and airwash system keep the glass clear throughout the burn, and the generous firebox handles logs up to 300mm without requiring them to be split down further than necessary.

DEFRA approved for any UK smoke control area, SIA EcoDesign 2022 Ready, and running at 80% efficiency - it burns cleanly and gets the most out of every log. Top or rear flue outlet options cover most installation configurations, a 12mm non-combustible hearth is sufficient beneath it, and a 5-year manufacturer's warranty applies on registration.
