The ST-X Wide Multi-Fuel is the standard-height counterpart to the ST-X Wide Tall Multi-Fuel - the log store base removed, the height brought down to 600mm, and the footprint reduced to something that suits a conventional hearth or fireplace opening without the elevated profile. The wide panoramic firebox remains, the afterburner clean-burn system remains, and the multi-fuel capability across wood logs and approved smokeless coal remains. Everything that defines the ST-X Wide format, in a more compact overall package.

At 596mm wide and just 291mm deep, it offers the same shallow-depth advantage as the Tall version - suitable for tight fireplace openings and freestanding installations against a wall where depth is the limiting factor. The panoramic viewing window gives the broad, landscape-format flame display that sets the ST-X Wide apart from standard-format stoves at the same output, and the airwash system keeps the glass clear throughout the session. The multi-fuel grate handles the transition between wood logs and approved smokeless coal without adaptation, and the afterburner re-ignites unburned gases to extract more heat from the fuel and keep emissions within EcoDesign 2022 standards. DEFRA Exempt for use in any UK smoke control area, and the firebox accepts logs up to 400mm - generous for a stove of this height and output.
